Privacy policy

This document describes the data that the Swedish Jugger Association collects and how it is used.

In general, we have no interest in handling personal data via this website.

In short, our privacy policy is about saving as little privacy-sensitive data as possible.

Visitors

For visitors, we may collect IP addresses as well as data about the user’s browser such as the operating system and browser version as a normal part of a logging procedure. This data can be used for possible troubleshooting as well as for diagnosis and examination of traffic patterns.

When it comes to IP address, we use the anonymization feature ( _anonymizelp ) in Google Analytics. In short, this means that the last digits of the IP address are deleted. You can read more about that feature here .

One tool we can recommend if you want to completely opt out of performance cookies is Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Google Analytics with IP anonymization

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the information collected to track and investigate the use of this application, to prepare reports on its activities and to share them with other Google services.
Google may use data collected to contextualize and customize the ads in its own ad network.
This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. It works by shortening users’ IP addresses in EU Member States or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server and abbreviated in the United States.
